Hear that Sizzle of June Steak Month!

June is Steak Month and the South Dakota Beef Industry Council is excited to kick off grilling season with some of our favorite steak grilling recipes! Grilling is one of the most exciting ways to enjoy a delicious juicy steak. Whether cooking on a gas or charcoal grill, in the backyard or at a tailgate, grillin that steak will provide maximum flavor and optimal tenderness. Follow along as we share some of our favorite steak recipes and as a bonus some rubs and marinades to make them even more delectable.

Recipe #1 – Hawaiian Ribeye Steaks with Grilled Pineapple Salad

Ribeye Steaks are spiced up with cilantro, cumin and ground red pepper and served with a simple salad of pineapple, red pepper and lime.

Recipe #2 – Garden Grilled Tri-Tips

Tri-Tip Roast takes a dip in a flavorful marinade and then gets grilled alongside a vegetable medley (ratatouille if you're fancy).

Recipe #3 – Ribeye Steaks with Blue Cheese Butter and Mushrooms

Ribeye’s and Portobello mushrooms are grilled and served with a compound butter. Bonus recipe for sandwiches using leftovers included.

Recipe #4 – Cowboy Steak & Roast Rub

If you are looking for big flavor with minimal effort and want to customize your next meal with a steak rub then try these delectable flavor boosting rubs and marinades. It’s everything you need to bring some life to your favorite beef cuts.
